Staff are rude and show no sense of urgency. They make you wait hours on end without any explanation.
Basically day and night here! Just yesterday I had awesome service, but this morning was a different story. I sat for 2 1/2 hours never was seen. Everyone who came after me was seen while I watched them get care. Very unprofessional. I pray that nothing serious happens to me out here, kaiser is not here to save your life!
I have visited the emergency room twice — once for my child and once for myself. Both times, the wait time for treatment was extremely long, around 4 hours. It was very frustrating and disappointing to experience such delays, especially during emergencies when timely care is critical.
Tell me why it's taken almost 4 hours to get seen this is ridicules I get hospitals get busy but come on
