Kaiser Stockdale urgent Care is a joke. Urgent it is NOT waited over 3 hours to be seen for just about 10 minutes then sent to two other locations for x-rays and ultrasound after 8 hrs still do not have a diagnosis of problem and have been treated like garbage by staff. It will be last time I go there until they clean up there act
Our family has only been on kaiser for about 2 years - but in that time I have been so incredibly happy with the quality of care and programs and specialists within the system. From the pediatric ENT that removed my sons tonsils that resolved his life long chronic fevers, to the Opthamologist department (Dr Lee and Dr Ensiminger) who have helped treat my chronic iridocyclitis to the urgent care to our primary care drs and the laboratory services...Kaiser Permanente Kern County is a 5++++
I love Kaiser Permanente. Their bariatrics program saved my life, literally. Angie, Jodie, Theresa in the program were so supportive and helped me lose over 200 lb. Because of the education, support, and counsel I have received from Kaiser I have successfully maintained my health and weight loss over 3 1/2 years when so many others fail. I love that I never receive a bill and that they open up their support group to nonmembers as well.
