Checking in took a little longer than usual during my visit. My doctors appointment was for 3:20 but i was seen later. Overall Kaiser is normally on time but every once in a while dr runs behind.
Speedy check in and excellent care from optometrist Dr. Gushiken and Peggy from Optical Dept!
Dr. Quinn is the best! She's been my doctor when I was a kid. I went in my last check up and got 2 immunizations and had my blood work done! Thank you Kaiser Permanente!!
Was impressed by the Check-in Kiosk in Main Lobby. Even gave directions how to get to your floor level and department. Wait time was acceptable and my opthamologist was very thorough in her exam. Good job, folks!�
