Well, here is what care means at Kaiser Bakersfield. Care is scheduling major surgery to alleviate pain, then cancelling that surgery due to Coronavirus (understandable) and to help her out cut off her pain medications you prescribed for the 3 years it took get the surgery scheduled. And didn't even mention to is that they were gonna do it, gave no other pain Management ideas and won't return calls. So now she gets to be in agony and go through withdrawls. Makes you just wanna run out and join today doesn't it.
RecommendedThe care I have received through these last ten years has been wonderful. Treatment through the AIS Cancer Center was phenomenal. And our Tehachapi clinic is great!

All was good first time around with cancer now that it has returned it above there head I have cancer returned they can’t get I biosphy because I have achalasia and they can’t get a breathing tube in me so they say there nothing they can do for me sent me to LA three times they say the same I just want them to refer Me out of Kaiser for 2nd look at me . Kaiser has been nothing but a joke for my family. They have missed diagnosed my nephew 3 times and he’s under the age of 1. My brother in law has also been missed diagnosed with strep throat that was actually valley fever that was found by the hospital. My sister has had nothing but issues. She was told by her own doctor that something was wrong but since my sister didn’t actually mention it, that they weren’t going to treat it. She has had problem after problem with these doctors. you advertise “we are there for your mental health” but my wife has been asking for help for weeks and all she gets is the runaround... sounds like you’re there... in an email... why is it so hard to see a psychiatrist?
