I went in for an outpatient surgery. This is my second time getting a surgery through KP. Both times, it was like clockwork. Everything happened on time, staff was courteous, respectful, and made me feel at ease about the procedures. Surgeries can be anxiety inducing but I’ve hard a positive experience for both my procedures.
Theranos much? It's the recalled drugs and fake normal results for me.
The staff were very kind and profession. They all work independently, yet collectively, to help make sure I was seen, respected and cared for. DR. Benjamin Thomas is an amazing professional and I so appreciate him gifts and bedside manner while suffering from a broken rib that I had come in for.
