I went to Union City location instead of Hayward by mistake. It took 20 minutes of waiting on the phone before I could contact anyone, but once I did, my appointment was still accommodated as soon as I could get to Hayward. Minus one point for the phone delay, plus 5 for still keeping my appt despite my error.
Check in process was simple. Staff was both kind and expedient. Surgical staff did a great job of explaining everything
Dr. Teh was very thorough and patient. He took the time to go over the root cause and the treatment plan.
