I have been a Kaiser Permanente (KP) member for 6 years and 9 months. I have found my care with KP to be consistently good. I had a routine colonoscopy performed by Dr. Sonia Gosain at KP in October 2021. I was very grateful to Dr. Gosain for her great kindness, for answering my questions clearly before the procedure, for explaining the risks, for completing the procedure, and for writing up the result afterwards. I also appreciated how well other members of the staff communicated with me.

I had a very thorough and excellent colonoscopy at the Kaiser Falls Church Endoscopy Clinic. The preparation instructions were excellent and led to a very good preparation. The attending medical personnel we're very helpful. The doctor performed a very excellent and thorough colonoscopy. He removed a polyp and it has already been biopsied. And the whole procedure was painless and very comfortable! All the medical personnel we're great from reception to finish.
My experience with Kaiser Permanente has been excellent from day one in1980 to today. Early on I experienced a serious illness that resulted in the need for a liver transplant. As you probably know, livers are in short supply but my specialty Doctor began to not only treat me but to advocate for me to move up the priority list to be eligible to receive a liver.
