They are the best, kind, considerate, and always answers questions.
The procedure was top notch. From the beginning making the appointment, to the follow ups with the nurses and the pre-op and the date of the procedure. Dr. Schwiesow explained step-by-step what to expect, the nurse who did the IV on the first try, the nurses that were part of the procedure, and the timing was ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend Kaiser Permanente. I have been a member for the past thirty-one years with excellent care and given the choice of medical providers, I still choose Kaiser!
I am so grateful for the professional high quality care our family receives from Kaiser Permanente. The specialists are so talented and the efficiency of their systems is phenomenal. We feel our total health is continually being monitored carefully and the doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful and friendly. Very nice facilities and so convenient. I am a raving fan.

The way healthcare should be. One-stop place for healthcare. Lots of choices within HMO. Attentive, customer service. Don't feel like a number. Historically always had PPO and this is the most comprehensive and proactive healthcare I have ever had. Staff and practitioners are consistently happy and appear to enjoy their jobs and helping patients stay healthy. Well done KP!
