RecommendedMy medical care has been top notch in the 30 years I have been a member. They have adjusted their services in response to the COVID crisis and the wildfires up here in Santa Rosa. It is not a perfect system but I know I am being cared for.
They eliminated all handicapped parking to make an ambulance drive thru and then provided no place to park for handicapped persons. What moron thought this was a good idea?? I feel like a 4 year old is running this shitshow
Horrible. Kept my daughter hostage when she was brought in, and straight up refused her access to her phone to stay in contact with us. Required us to go through them and use hospital phones instead, Then when she wanted to leave they would not let her. They were over an hour late taking blood to test for internal bleeding. If she had internal bleeding she would have been dead before they got around to doing their job.
ALWAYS ISSUES AT THE PHARMACY... CHARGING FOR A 30 DAY SUPPLY BUT NOT GIVING 30 DAY WORTH OF MEDICATION
