I was left alone in the covid-19 triage tent without any regular updates and sporadic contact. I left. It was a terrible experience.
Calif. authorized vaccines to 65 and older on Jan 25. As of today, Kaiser is not providing shots for 65 & older. Their covid "hotline" hasn't been updated since Feb. 12th. What crappy service. Sadly, I'll have to wait a year to find a new HMO

The customer service is horrible and they’re thieves. My dads personal belongings went missing, given away to a supposed family member which wasn’t true. And now we’ve gotten the run around and my dads gone, he passed away in their hands. And there’s no sympathy from them except nothing but rudeness and no help!

Carlos Menedez, EMT says if your political views are not the same as his that your facility will let them DIE. Is this factual? I have friends that reside in San Diego. veterans, Marines who have served this country bravely and just knowing that they may be left to DIE because the EMT's you employ. I have proof of his own words.
RecommendedI have never left feedback for a hospital before. I had one Nurse that was amazing at the Kaiser Hospital in Modesto. His name is Mohammad, sorry I did not catch his last name. He was a Angel sent from heaven his work ethic and how he cared, the compassion for his patients was amazing. Never before in my life had I ever had such a caring Nurse. This man is GOLD, a real keeper...You truly need more Nurse like him. Thank you Mohammad
Worst hospital! Mom walked in thought she had food poisoning! She had been throwing up for 3 days! The doctor had my mom drink dye and she threw that up aspirated, the dye went into her lungs and she developed fungus pneumonia! Why would a doctor give someone one dye to drink when they had been throwing up for 3 days??.She had a hernia, but they were so focused on cancer even though twice biopsy came back negative!
