Find yourself another provider. My dad goes and is made to wait TWO HOURS- WITH an appointment. He’s literally there right now waiting for the doctor to do his follow up check up from having neck surgery back in June. His appt was at 2:45pm and he has yet to be seen by the doctor.🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

im a member and i was there in January with pneumonia when I finally high temperatures I was in ICU I was treated the best I love this place specially the fifth floor

As of today 3/23/2020 I see NOTHING on its page regarding a man who recently died, possible Covid-19. His wife has been tested and quarantined. He visited Urgent Care, xrays..etc NOTHING!! BEWARE.

Excellent service with state-of-the-art technology! Knowledgeable and compassionate doctors, nurses and staff. My family and I have been with KP for over 30 years and have not been disappointed. Definitely a great place to receive care!

Doctors are very caring and up to date on patient care. I have been a member for 47 years and I wouldn't change. Parking is a problem, though.
