No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? No, I was in a little pain but it wasn't excessive Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

I broke a front tooth crown...an emergency appt copay is $25 and regular copay is $10 but regular appts are months out. I told them I would go to any Kaiser clinic but that did not help....appointment person could not find an appointment (emergency or regular) and said she would "call back". I then asked to talk to a benefit person to find out how much a crown costs and how much of my dental plan benefit covered and got a recording...saying they will call back.
