It's Kaiser, so it's impersonal -- it's a big clinic and while most of the dentists are fine, the hygenist actually stopped my cleaning to take personal calls! The facility is clean though. My major complaint (and it's really genuinely annoying) is that when I have finished my appointment -- I can't simply pay and go -- they have you sit down in the waiting room again and wait to be called up by them in order to pay your bill and schedule follow-ups. It's an excellent dentist office -- some of the dentists are better than others, but overall I've been pleased with the service and attention here. We have three distinct dental needs as a family -- pediatric dentistry for my daughter, regular adult dentistry for my husband, and reconstructive/prosthodontics for me. I haven't yet seen the dentist regarding implants or dentures, but we've all had cleanings and fillings done and we like the office.
