Kaiser is an over-bloated bureaucracy. I'm still waiting for them to find my file and call me back so that I can simply schedule an appointment for a crown that has been on my treatment plan for over a year. They say they lost my file and can't figure out how to go confirm my treatment plan with my dentist. So here I sit waiting and waiting for them to find my file and call me back. Kaiser Permanente Dental Office has professional dentists, assistants, and hygienists. However, the wait time for appointments is terribly long, as is the wait time getting in and out of the dentist, and the wait time on hold with their clinic. To schedule and reschedule appointments for myself and my children, became very difficult, and as a result, getting into the dentist regularly became difficult.
