Kaiser is an over-bloated bureaucracy. I'm still waiting for them to find my file and call me back so that I can simply schedule an appointment for a crown that has been on my treatment plan for over a year. They say they lost my file and can't figure out how to go confirm my treatment plan with my dentist. So here I sit waiting and waiting for them to find my file and call me back.
