Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment

Did this psychologist listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
