I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I had to wait a MANY MONTHS to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I will refer my friends and family here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out the way they said it would. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt welcome and comfortable the whole time.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? No, it seems like they care about money more than me Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much.

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? They were average Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, they are recommended by other dentists

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
