Werid vibe to this location my client was getting his blood work and the performance was very poor done for him he as dementia and the lady helping do his labs was extremely rude to him maybe she was having a hard day but no excuse to be mean to your elders. Parking is not easy either for people in wheelchairs.
Since Dublin office is not open to outpatient labs, the wait time is so long in Pleasanton. My family came twice to do blood work for a 3-week-old baby. Both times had very long line. Appointment online goes to 1 week later. We waited nearly 2 hrs to check in for our 3-week-old baby, even though blood draw stations seemed empty inside. The reception desk said nothing about expediting service for a newborn. Kaiser needs to increase capacity and improve service in tri-valley.
Came to get a blood draw that my Dr ordered. I arrived at 9:44am. I clicked for a number in line. I then overheard a Kaiser staff tell another patient that the current wait time would be more than 1hour. After waiting about 20 minutes. I asked why the wait was so long. They shared it was because of no lab anymore at the Dublin location. They started to encourage patients to come back another day or go online and book an appointment for another day. Unorganized wait room. Wait time was okay and understandable but staff at reception were pretty unfriendly to patients. Lab bloodwork was done within 3 minutes. Phlebotomists were very professional and friendly. Made sure patients were comfortable before blood draw.
Ridiculous wait and if you are in the bathroom when they call your number you get sent to the back of the line and have to wait another 39875 minutes. They should fix their operations so that patients are called to the blood draw station in order of how they were registered.
