Horrible technicians. I used to think it was because they train them there.Because they are horrible at drawing blood.But then I realized it's just the facility. When a veteran technician that had been there for a long time purposely snapped the butterfly attachment in my arm. Because he was mad that I wanted a butterfly instead of the regular tube needle. I had a terrible experience during a recent blood draw at the lab. I exercised my right to decline a student phlebotomist, and the supervisor (Zubair) became visibly frustrated and performed my draw very forcefully. Immediately afterward, I experienced heavy bleeding through the gauze bandage and developed a bruise alongside a grape-sized bulge under my skin. The forceful manner of the draw was very distressing. Werid vibe to this location my client was getting his blood work and the performance was very poor done for him he as dementia and the lady helping do his labs was extremely rude to him maybe she was having a hard day but no excuse to be mean to your elders. Parking is not easy either for people in wheelchairs.

Since Dublin office is not open to outpatient labs, the wait time is so long in Pleasanton. My family came twice to do blood work for a 3-week-old baby. Both times had very long line. Appointment online goes to 1 week later. We waited nearly 2 hrs to check in for our 3-week-old baby, even though blood draw stations seemed empty inside. The reception desk said nothing about expediting service for a newborn. Kaiser needs to increase capacity and improve service in tri-valley.
