They are definitely an A+ Company. We had a door operator replaced and the technician-Jason-- did an outstanding job. The price was very reasonable and the job was accomplished in a short time. We will definitely keep Kaiser on or call back list for door issues.l
Recently needed my garage door serviced and called Kaiser to arrange an appt. Brian was the tech who came and did a great job. He was very professional as well as friendly and took his time and explained everything I needed to know. I will make sure to use Kaiser Garage Door in then future.
They did a great job and good price! They could have easily charged me a lot more! My Garage door spring was broken, bolts were missing and attachment to the opener was damaged. This was on our 3 year old new build and we were prepared for a large cost. They were quick to come out at a convenient time, quickly assured us they could fix it right away for A LOT LESS than we expected. Door is working better than when we first moved in! And you cannot even tell that it had so many issues. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
I called Kaiser when my garage door broke. They were able to come out the same day and arrived on time. Corey replaced the spring and made some adjustments . He was prifessional, knowledgeable, and courteous .

Bought an extra garage door opener for my 3rd car garage from Kaiser and they came out and installed it with no issues. Corey (the installer) showed up within the proposed window (between 1pm-3pm) and completed the job within an hour! He was very nice and worked extremely hard! Will definitely recommend using Kaiser to my family and friends!
These guys were awesome and great prices they were there we they said they wold be and I would use them on any future homes. They did great
