Their service person was friendly and professional and showed up timely. He performed the work quickly and fielded our questions professionally and clearly. From the first call to the office to The Prompt time that the repairman showed up at the house they were very professional very friendly the work was done in a very timely manner reasonably priced the company trucks clean well-organized the technicians were clean very knowledgeable in the garage door field overall I would recommend them to anyone
After 11+ years my Liftmaster drive sprocket sheared away from its motor. Liftmaster recommended I contact Kaiser. I called them at 9 AM, and had an appointment time set by 9:15 AM. The tech showed up around 12:15 PM the same day, and by 1:45 PM my door opener was as good as new. Around $45 for parts, $125 service call fee, $172 total after tax. I cannot be more pleased. This is the best and most rapid customer service I have received from ANY vendor in, at least, the last 3 years. PLEASE consider giving them your business!

Installer showed up on time and was very courteous. Installed my opener and explained how to use and program it. Pricing was very competitive when compared to just purchasing an opener, much less including installation. 10/10 would garage door again.
