Had a minor tooth emergency over the weekend called first thing Monday morning & left a message for my son to be seen as soon possible. They returned my call within 30 minutes and got him in to see Dr.Kailes within the hour! Her whole team is amazing with children & we couldn't ask for a better dentist :) Thanks again Dr.Kailes

As a mother of an Autistic teen, it's hard finding those willing to help and go that extra mile. Dr. Kailes and staff are the BEST dentist we've ever had. It doesn't get any better than this!!
I enjoy coming to my appointments because your office is so fun and friendly. the people in your office are nice and talk to me while i have my teeth cleaned. I am not afraid at all when I come here.
My four daughters have been seeing Dr. Kailes since they were 3-yrs-old. Three are now 13, and the youngest is 8. When we moved to Nassau County, we tried a couple of other dentists closer to home, but decided Pediatric Dentistry was well worth the 45-minute drive back to Fleming Island to see Dr. Kailes and her awesome staff! I have two grandsons ages 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 who have now both had several appointments. I can not speak highly enough about the care that both these little fellas have gotten at this office. From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave you are top priority to the assistant that greets you and to the Dentist that cares for you. Today was our first visit to see Dr Kailes and lets just say she was great! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. Everyone took great care of my girls!
I have been bringing my 3 children, one of which had a significant fear of dentists, to Dr Kailes office for the past 3 years. The personnel in this office are consistently kind, patient, and obviously care about the children they treat. They also effectively use positive reinforcement to engage children in good dental hygiene practices. A few years ago I never thought I would be able to say my children look forward to visiting thier dentist.
