The team consistently delivers a high quality of service with a real concern for patient care. My kids (3) have been patients for years. Prior to coming to Dr Kailes we tried "another" pediatric dentist. The parents weren't allowed in the room with kids and staff was not friendly or caring. I appreciate all you are and aren't. Although my kids almost grown I will be a long raving fan spreading the word.
Appointment was great as usual. Was on time and informative. The rapport with children is amazing. So happy I picked Dr. Kailes to be my children's dentist.
We loved our first experience at Dr. Kailes pediatric dentistry! My 4 year old daughter was very nervous but the hygienist, Amanda, was wonderful and made her feel comfortable. Amanda and Dr. Staman were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I am so glad a friend recommended this practice. I would recommend this dentist to anyone!
Every one of the staff I interacted with were helpful, patient, attentive and polite. Dr. Kailes is delightful, gentle and caring. The controls on the Sonic play station has seen better years but did work within acceptable limits.The office is very well organized and clean but can be a bit difficult to find. Perhaps an outrageous exterior paint and mural could help.Overall, it beat going to school.
My son has been going to Dr. Kailes for the last 3 years. He absolutely loves it. The night before his Dentist appt. He says, "he's so excited to go to the Dentist and be in the "No Cavity Club"!! They are so gentle, kind and very kid friendly. Dad and I love them as well :)

The doctors and staff are amazing! My daughter, who has autism, is extremely afraid of doctors and dentists. They made us both feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to take care of my child.
I have been to this practice with my daughter since she was three years old. They have always went above and beyond to make her comfortable and participant. They're staff is phenomenal, office is great also. We love this practice! Thank you for always taking such good care of our children!
I love Dr. Kailes! I used to hate the dentist before we found Dr. Kailes, but now I get excited about going to the dentist.
