My son had his first dental appt on June 10th and they were very sweet and patient with him would definitely recommend this dentist to all first time parents great environment to be in!! Great job to the staff and dentists
My twins were seen for an exam, cleaning and fluoride treatment with Dr. Alison. She is wonderful! She was extremely patient with two nervous 2.5 year olds. She took the time to talk with them and make them feel comfortable with what she would be doing. The boys got prizes and ended up having a good time!
One of if not the best dentist in all of Jacksonville. The office is very clean and modern. The staff is always friendly, polite, and informative. Would definitely recommend to anyone with children!!

Such a welcoming office. Very quick did not wait long at all. The staff are super friendly and were amazing with my daughter. I am going to be moving to the other side of town but have no intentions of changing her dentist
Our little one has been terrified of the dentist and dental work since she had bad experiences with previous dentists. Dr. Kailes and her staff made our daughter feel at ease and comfortable and she was able to have all of her work done at once with IV sedation. The procedure went very smoothly and I feel so lucky to have found Dr Kailes who knows how to properly care for and toddler! Thank you to the entire staff and the anesthesiologist who cared for our girl!
My toddler went to Dr. Kailes office today. This was her first dental appointment. The office was clean. The staff was friendly, patient and thorough, and my daughter felt completely at ease. I was expecting the appointment to be a difficult experience for my 2 year old, and it ended up actually being a happy experience for her. She's been smiling at me all afternoon while pointing out her 'sparkly teeth'! Thanks for making her first dental experience such a good one!
I really like the way the staff interacts with my children. This is a very friendly and warm enviroment that has exceptional service. I am very pleased with the dental expertise and professionalism of Dr. Kailes and all her staff.
We looked around for a while for a special needs dentistry. We live 35 minutes away and don't mind making the drive at all. We'll give you a 20 on a 1-10 scale. God bless
