Absolutely everyone we encountered at this office went above and beyond to make sure that both my child and myself were comfortable and understood everything that was going to happen. Our first trip was a last minute emergency appointment and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
I absolutely love this dental office. The staff is always so friendly and the care they provide my daughter is top notch. I have a toddler and they are so attentive to her and they explain everything to her so that she can understand. I also appreciate that they go over everything that they are going to do that day and what my estimated copay will be. I really appreciate that. This dentist is out of network for my insurance but the level of professionalism and care is why I refuse to go anywhere else.
My daughter has had several cavities and is a little nervous when getting her teeth cleaned. They did a great job being patient and explaining everything they were going to do before dong it.
My children have been patients here for year. Dr. Kailes is always so good making them feel comfortable. My youngest daughter is 2 years old has been here two times now and is very nervous around new people. Dr. Kailes took the time to greet her and make sure she was comfortable. She did not rush her or force her to do anything.
My daughter has been a patient since she was a year old. She loves the dentist. We always leave with a big smile.
I was a frequent dentist visitor when I was younger, and as an adult. My son unfortunately got my teeth as well. This office and their staff are the most amazing team I have seen yet! They work together, are compassionate, and friendly. When my son got upset during treatment they knew just what to do and say to calm him down. I felt that he was safe and trusted their judgement , which is highly important to me. I can’t thank them enough for making sure my son always has the best dental experience.
Dr. Kailes understands how to work with all children. She is amazing with my 13 year old son who has Autism.
They are so kind. I drive from St Johns to see them. Highly Recommend!
My teen daughter has aspergers and going to the dentist or doctor is never a good experience. She feels a total loss of control over the situation which makes her scared and angry. Kim, at Dr. Kailes office, takes the time to explain every step of the procedure with a genuine patience and kindness that makes everything go more smoothly. Thank you Kim!
