From our first appt I have loved this office, the entire staff has taken the best care of my boys! Friendly, Knowledgeable, kind and patient.
I have had children and now grandchildren at this dental office. In have always had service that is above and far beyond any expectations. Every one from the ladies at the desk to everyone in the back is courteous and put every effort needed to make sure the patients are comfortable and never afraid of any procedure. They take the extra time needed and have a vast amount of patience.
Shinah and Dr. Staman went out of their ways to comfort my little boy. Every aspect was thorough, professional, and focused on the child. Completely impressed.
Entire staff is a pleasure to deal with - very helpful, patient, and friendly. My 10 y/o doesn't want to wait til January for his next appointment - he wants to go back now.
My child has been seeing Dr. Kailes since he was a toddler. He is now 11 years old and still LOVES her so much! She and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Although Dr. Kailes' office is not very close to us, as we are located in the Mandarin area, it is well worth the drive. The quality of care we receive at Pediatric Dentistry is always exceptional. Amanda, the hygienist we often see, is always beyond patient and pleasant. Her warm and caring demeanor makes our experience beyond pleasant. The team here makes a visit go smoothly. Everyone is friendly. It’s clear they care. Dr. Kailes takes the time to explain what’s going on and why. I couldn’t ask for more.
