As always, Dr.Kailes’ team has delivered again! Destiny was fantastic with my daughter today and had the patience of a saint! She needed sealants on her molars and was able to show her the process, calm her down and get the job done. We are so grateful for everything you guys do. There isn’t a single part of each visit that doesn’t go above and beyond. Thank you!!!
I took my little girl in today for her first ever dentist appointment. She loved the waiting area and immediately seemed comfortable. Kim was amazing with her and helped her to get familiar with how things work. When Dr. Kailes came in the room, Maddie ran up and hugged her immediately. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The whole experience from check in, back office and check out for Brynlee's first time at the dentist was GREAT! Thank you all for being so kind:)
Our child has extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. He can be a very difficult and uncooperative patient. All of the dentists and staff we have seen have been so accommodating and patient with him. I am very appreciative of the time they spend with him, explaining what they will do, and providing us with all of our options. I would highly recommend this practice.
Staff is wonderful! I love how they take care and love on my children! My kids look forward to going to the dentist.
We have been going to Dr. Kailes for years and we had another great visit with the exceptional staff in your office. My son has ASD and they always work with him and are so patient and kind. So happy that we found you!
My 3 year old son was excited about his trip to the dentist yesterday, but after hopping in the chair some of the noisy tools made him uneasy. The hygienist noticed this, and rather than making him upset we waited for the Dr. As Dr. Kailes came into the room my son jumped up to give her a hug and she calmly explained that she needed to clean his teeth, and is if a switch were flipped, he opened his mouth and started helping her. This place is the absolute best! If you live in the area and are looking for a pediatric dentist for your child, look no further. This is the place to bring them!! All of the staff are amazing and so welcoming! Both my kids have been seen here and the whole experience has been so relaxing and easy for them.
