I cannot say enough positive things about my Microspikes. I jacked up my back during a muddy fall in a race. After I recovered I have been so nervous being on muddy or Ice covered trails. I have avoided them and I love being on trails on winter. Not avoiding ice anymore with my spikes! They take me confidently down hills, up hills and uneven ice covered trails with no slipping or sliding. While others are turning around or falling, I forge on with no problems. RecommendedUsed my microspikes for the first time today - totally foolproof to use even with gloves on and gave us all the grip we needed climbing a couple of Munros with several inches of snow on the upper slopes. Highly recommended and a must have for your bag this winter.

RecommendedLess than a month ago I wrote a Google review expressing disappointment about a strap on my 2015 Kahtoola that snapped while I was hiking in the Canadian Rockies on honeymoon. Hilary Childs wrote back immediately and provided an explanation. Within a day I had Cat from Customer service contact me about repalcement and within 3 weeks I have a new Pair. NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thank you so much! 5/5

RecommendedBack in 2004, I got a pair of early edition Kathoolas. I'm still using them 15 years later. They are perfect for this snowy/icy trail conditions in Massachusetts this time of year.
They broke the first month of use I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return my call.
