I went to Dr. Kagels office for the first time this week with a shoulder problem. First of all, I am totally baby when it comes to doctors! I went in the office 20 minutes early, and was called in 5 minutes after. Waited only 5 minutes in the room, and I was seen. The entire office is very friendly, and the doctor was awesome! I have another appointment in 6 weeks and not dreading it at all! I was recommend Dr. Kagels to everyone! Super friendly, understanding, and PATIENT!!!
This specialist definitely deserves 5 stars! I saw him this year after breaking my right ankle. The stretches he suggested definitely helped me regain my flexibility, and today thanks to him and physical therapy (elsewhere) I am back on my feet again! Friendly, professional and helpful. 😁
This man just passes you along from place to place without offering treatment. Stretching is not a treatment plan for a tear in the shoulder. After two rounds of PT over 12 weeks and after three appts with him, the only suggestion he had was to stretch. With a tear, these were impossible to do injured. Since his “treatment” included no actual therapy or solutions, I conclude that this doctor (PA) is a complete waste of time.
