Not an urgent care facility. As per kadlec usual though, they don't bother to change anything, and people constantly go there expecting to it to be an urgent care. Just to be told that the only urgent care kadlec has now is over on clearwater in kennewick...
I've been here a few times in the last few months and have had a wonderful experience both times! Friendly staff and short wait times.
Drove all the way out to the Urgent Care only to be told walk-in hours or after 5 when I had called and spoken to the front desk lady 1 hour before. With Kadlec we always get the runaround and everybody passes the buck off to everyone else.
