Two separate times I’ve made appointments for my kids here. Two separate times I’ve arrived and found a sign on the door that they were closed… Kadlec can’t even be bothered to send an automated message letting patients with appointments know their appointment has been cancelled.
Would give this location less than 1 star if it was possible. I had an episode that prompted me to need medical attention quickly. I thought it would be smart to go to an Urgent Care vs going to the ER. I was driven to the Urgent Care, my family member went in to ask if they had a wheelchair, they did not, she then came out to get me and helped me walk inside. Great experience. I made a same day appointment online, my appointment was started on time, staff was kind & the Dr was attentive. He called in my prescription at the pharmacy & I was out within 30 mins total.
WoW, this was the fastest, most efficient doctor visit I've ever been a part of. Scheduled online, walked straight in. The nurse took info and vitals. Then the doctor tagged in. I was out in 15 minutes total with my prescriptions.
