Would give this location less than 1 star if it was possible. I had an episode that prompted me to need medical attention quickly. I thought it would be smart to go to an Urgent Care vs going to the ER. I was driven to the Urgent Care, my family member went in to ask if they had a wheelchair, they did not, she then came out to get me and helped me walk inside. Great experience. I made a same day appointment online, my appointment was started on time, staff was kind & the Dr was attentive. He called in my prescription at the pharmacy & I was out within 30 mins total.
WoW, this was the fastest, most efficient doctor visit I've ever been a part of. Scheduled online, walked straight in. The nurse took info and vitals. Then the doctor tagged in. I was out in 15 minutes total with my prescriptions.
They charge you for a visit after telling you at the visit they cant see you so you have to pay for a visit at another clinic. $150 to be told we can't see you for that. Insurance won't cover it because no service rendered. Beware. Call before going, they're unwilling to work with you
