THE ABSOLUTE WORST CAR LOT EVER!!! DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!!! THEY STOLE $1000 FROM MY 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!!!! SHE WAS INTERESTED IN A VEHICLE SHE SAW ON THEIR LOT ONLINE. SHE CONTACTED THEM AND THEY HEARD A YOUNG GIRLS' VOICE AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER. THEY INSISTED THAT SHE SEND THEM $1000 TO HOLD THE CAR. I have only had my car for a few days, so it's hard to leave a review, however, I did really like the experience I had. I pretty much knew what I wanted. No hassles, quick service. Pleasant people.

Very impressed with this place. My daughter & I had gone to several small car lots & left feeling like we were fresh prey because of our gender. However, both of the gentleman we dealt with at K & O were very kind, upfront & informative. Gave us the information we needed but allowed us to shop without feeling pressured. When we finally decided on a car after test driving a couple, we told him our budget & he made it work for us. I stumbled across K&O while driving down Phillips Highway. We were looking for a car in a modest price range for our teenage son, and the cars on the lot fit the range that we were looking to spend. We stopped and looked around, but assumed that the cars would have issues, as that is what we had been experiencing during our prior searches within that price range. I am a little old lady; what I thought was going to be my last car was totaled by flood damage, so the little 2008 VW Beetle I purchased from K & O is now supposed to be the car that sees me on out. We got off to a bit of a rough start--car I wanted needed work, so they couldn't take my first offer, as promised, but then, they worked with me closely, courteously, and patiently to get all problems resolved: I can recommend getting your next car from K&O. I bought my Audi A6 from k&o. They treated me like family as soon as i got out of my car and made me feel welcome. Jennifer was able to get me financed after half a dozen other dealers turned me down. The process was quick and eazy. I would recommend all ny friends and family to go there. All the cars were very clean and nice.
