Stay away from this dealership. I have bought several vehicles from NC without issue but this was a disaster. To start with the Van was overpriced. the salesman told me an inspection was not necessary due to their 173 point inspection and no car makes it on their lot that doesn't pass it. Problems listed below. 1) Check engine light on no Florida inspection done by dealership 2) TPMS light on, had to replace immediately 3) Was told tires looked new, replaced immediately 4) Keys didn't work properly. I originally thought the dealership was pretty good, I FOUND OUT THE OTHER DAY THEY ROLLED BACK THE MILES ON THE CAR I PURCHASED, WHICH IS WRONG ON EVERY LEVEL! I also have given the runaround for something that was supposed to be taken care of before I purchased the car. This issue has been going on for almost two mos. Prior to purchase agreement, it was agreed that the A/C issues would be repaired prior to delivery of the vehicle. They disingenuously told (in writing) me that a new compressor was being installed with a 1year warranty (never provided). When I drove off the lot they had charged the refrigerant to make it seem as if the A/C was fixed as it blew hot shortly down the road. What a worthless piece of shit this car dealership is I am usually not the one to write negative reviews, but my experience at K @ O Wholesale Car Dealer was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share my story. Upon arrival, the dealership looked uninviting and disorganized, with cars haphazardly scattered around the lot. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CAR LOT EVER!!! DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!!! THEY STOLE $1000 FROM MY 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!!!!! SHE WAS INTERESTED IN A VEHICLE SHE SAW ON THEIR LOT ONLINE. SHE CONTACTED THEM AND THEY HEARD A YOUNG GIRLS' VOICE AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER. THEY INSISTED THAT SHE SEND THEM $1000 TO HOLD THE CAR.
