RecommendedWe have used K&M steam cleaning for several years. They have always done a great job, no problems. A few days ago, they came again and our 18 year old Berber Carpet looked brand new after Ken and his assistant finished. Ken is the owner and trainer. Not only has this company had 2 different locations since what is listed as this location on burnet lane..... The owner is a horrible person. He doesnt care about his clients, doesnt call them back, dumps the water they use to clean the house in yards, ruining the grass, or in gutters, which pollutes our water. Do not work with this horrible company. He blames the customer for any fault, if your caroets do jot come clean he says its the clients fault. I just got my carpet steam cleaned and I at first was skeptical about getting the stains out. But I was wrong, great guy mike and his partner did such a great job, definitely will recommend.
Loved the service! Eddie and Ruben were polite and knowledgeable. They removed our pet oders with ease. We will definitely be recommending to friends.
