RecommendedI recently purchased a new home and contracted K&M Steam Cleaning to deep clean my carpets before move in. They did a great job and were warm and professional. I will definitely use them again as I plan to have periodic deep cleanings for my carpet.
I had been a customer for many years. Thought I would get grout cleaned in my rental. Tile is only a few years old. It didn't look any different. Technician told me it came out "beautiful" and much better. When I said it didn't look any different he then said it was "too dirty" to get clean. If he couldn't get clean he should have stopped, told me and not charged me. I have before and after pictures.
I'm a property manager and have a need for carpet and tile cleaning, power washing and smell removal often. I have used Ken and K & M Steam Cleaning for 10+ years and they are terrific. High quality service at a fair price and they stand behind their work. Highly recommend this local Austin business.

K&M pressure washed my house, and did a fantastic job. They removed all the mold and algae stains from the stone walls of my 35 year old house, and the walls look brand new.
