A great company with no issues until the end. As the other reviews state here, kiss your deposit goodbye because they will find a way to keep your money. Even if they tell you all looks well in the walk through, conducted prior to a final walk through without your presence (conveniently where they locate all the issues they will charge you for), a portion of your deposit will be gone no matter how well you keep the home. Honestly the worst property management company we have ever rented from. When we did our move in inspection Kim told us they knew about certain aspects of the house being old and the owners not wanting to replace things like the closet doors being off track and hard to open, the switches and outlets not working properly, the shelves in the fridge being partially broken, all things we overlooked as it wasnt a brand new house and was livable. She told us about a bookshelf in the garage being the owners and not to move it. When... read more
