Shakes at a bakery KC Pastries is so much more than the run of mill bakery. They do offer great baked goods. Like pastries tarts and cakes. THe prices are cheap so you can get a little of everything. They also offer great shakes which make this bakery stand out. They are like none other shake i have ever had. Great staff too very jovial.
A bonanza of bakery treats! I like this bakery because of their baked goods. The apricot basket cake is my favorite. And the price, at only 60 cents per cake and around $1-2 for different items, is a steal! The cakes here are a bit more healthful than those at other bakeries, as they put less cream and use thinner chocolate layers. (Great if you are on a diet and want a treat!) best coconut pineapple buns they really are,, and only 60 cents... and they're other filled buns are delicious too,, but i crave these especially. Apparently my review needs more words, but i don't really have anything more to describe how delicious these are. period. and where else can you get delicious huge croissants for under a dollar!?
Great Buns They have awesome buns. I always loved their hot dog buns. They are cheap and try to stay that way even when all of the other bakeries raise their prices. I have been getting food there for a long time.
Cheap Fast Food There are several locations for KC Pastries located within Philly Chinatown. KC Pastries offers a nice selection of baked/steamed buns and fillings. The roast pork (cha siu ba) and the hot dog buns are must-trys! At 60 cents each, you really can't go wrong. great place for breakfast..... – I found this one early saturday morning, while looking for place to eat breakfast. After about 30 minutes of watching just about everyone in town going in the store..It had to be everyone else favorite place too. egg tarts,red bean buns and sesame balls for breakfast ..yum...Just be sure you get there before the red dragons ;-)
