great place to live and the Best Maintenance and cleaning crew! I've always loved living here since 1994
They're quick to respond when it comes to repairs and every time I've called the office they've been great.
Brian, the rental agent goes above and beyond finding qualified tenants. I find him to be sensitive and courteous to perspective tenants making sure they understand the lease agreement, building rules and regulations.
Great building and awesome manger Rory Smith who's always there for his tenants and goes above and beyond to help and makes everyone happy and comfortable. I can't say enough!

Living in their Sherman Oaks apartment for 1.5 years. I like this place; it's clean, quiet, and has huge rooms! My unit is 2000 square feet. The best building manager, is a very sweet guy. If anything happens, he takes care of it right away!

I've lived in a property managed by K&B for about 4 years, and I have found them to be responsive and helpful. I would say the most positive thing is that when the unit upstairs went vacant, they really took the time to get someone who wouldn't be a noise problem for us. Very different from my last place, who rented the unit next store to a couple of "DJ's" who would stay up all night doing something with "tracks." I've been living at the Sherman Oaks property for several years and I'm very happy. Rory the Building Manager is a great guy, very personable and works hard to keep the building in shape. He has always been quick to respond to any requests I've made for repairs or maintenance in my apartment. Also because the building is older the apartments are larger than any of the other buildings I've lived in.
