Kim Austin was amazing. After we discussed my needs she was attentive and went work. She found the best product for me{interest rate} and locked it in immediately. Kim responded to all my questions and explained in detail what i didn't understand. I will give her a 5 star review. Kim is honest and have a Steller work ethic. In my opinion she would be highly recommended.
Kim listened to us and worked with us on every step of the process. It was intimidating even knowing where to start but she was so easy to work with. I loved that she fought for us to get what we deserved and didn't let us settle for anything less. Also, the fact that she's the one that takes care of everything there is never any miscommunication and everything gets completed on time. We love our home and our neighborhood and have referenced her out to all our friends. We will definitely work with her in future if need be.
Refinancing can be very stressful but the process was far from that when working Kim. She guided me through gathering all the required documents , gave me realistic expectations of how long the process would take and helped me obtain an excellent re-fi rate.
