The service and health care was exceptional! I so appreciate Dr Shah as he eased my mind about the colonoscopy procedure during the patient visit by explaining everything thoroughly. I knew what to expect from beginning to end. The not knowing made me procrastinate about having this all important cancer screening procedure...This procedure is the best way to protect yourself against colon cancer. I can assure you that not catching this cancer early can be disastrous. Dr Shah and his team are the best!!
Dr. Shah is a straight shooter, at first I didn’t know how to take it, but once I gave him an actual chance I saw how much he really cares. He knows his specialty and although I didn’t realize it at first, he goes that extra mile to ensure I was not only ok at that moment but in the long run as well. His approach is evidence based and he cares about your longevity. I recommend him 100% without any reservations whatsoever. It’s been about 5 years and he ensures I am comfortable and controlled with my chronic GI condition.

I was referred for a colonoscopy. I don’t have any complaints about the procedure as staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Here are the concerns: you will have to take time out for another visit in order to get your results. Everything negative? You won’t get a call, nor can you call. You (and your insurance) have to pay for a visit. This is just an effort to bring in more revenue. From the minute I showed up for my appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Like a well oiled machine. My procedure was painless, and all the staff treated me well.
He takes his time to provide patients with reassurance and to answer questions. He shows compassion and understanding.
Dr Rajendra and Dr Rios took time to listen to all of my concerns at initial visit and scheduled necessary procedures very quickly. On day of procedure I was treated with care and professionalism by the entire staff. Follow up visit was scheduled and I received a call to ensure all was OK after procedures. Highly recommend this facility and these doctors.
