Not competent, friendly or helpful. Doesn't listen
I would not recommend her for someone's dog! She is arrogant and condescending, has no bedside manner, is in the examination room 6 or 7 minutes. She does not address your concerns or answer your questions even if you have them written down. My mom died of colon cancer at my age, 62. She only want to do a colonoscopy in 10 years. She's incompetent.
