I just had a terrible experience at the bar located in the lobby. I was denied service at the bar due to my Costarican nationality after showing my official ID and after having been served drinks before the nights before. The bar's manager in turn was stressed out and reacted in an irrational manner, responding in a way that NO JWMarriott guest should be treated. What a beautiful property and great service! There was a small mishap with my room and the way it was handled and the personal care in their customer service was amazing!! I would absolutely stay here again!
