It’s a Hotel. Part of a bigger corporation. How good can they be? FIVE STARS! Attended a Gala last night & was impressed how good the service was from the front door, lobby staff, bartenders, & event staff. Usually a ballroom event you don’t expect service. Service was there!!! AND rehearsed customer service phrases like “my pleasure” weren’t used but professional dialog by staff. I snuck out of the gala early.
