Guests beware!!! This hotel has recently implemented a $25 per package fee if you ship anything to the hotel. This policy is so new that Marriott's Corporate Office has never heard of this policy. Furthermore, the JW staff admits that this policy is not posted anywhere on the Marriott website.

Best service I've ever received at a hotel. Jay at the concierge desk and Daniel at the check in desk were so helpful, friendly and accommodating! We had the best experience. Would come back again for sure!
