Wow, what a beautiful resort and wonderful customer service. We had a bad experience at another hotel in Scottsdale and the JW went above and beyond to turn my birthday staycation around. We have always been very pleased with JW resorts, I'm officially a loyal to JW from here on out. Thank you!

I love this resort! My family stayed at the resort over spring break. We enjoyed excellent service from all of the hotel staff. The pool was incredible and the kids had a great time in the lazy river. The restaurants and the bar had great drinks and food. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Then unfortunately, my daughter forgot her stuffed bunny in the bed when we left. I called as soon as I realized what had happened. The sheets had already been sent out for cleaning. Simply amazing! Love that this Marriott is right in my backyard! Great place for a staycation! You feel like you're away from the valley right as you step on the property! Can't wait to go back!
I had my wedding here on the 21st if March. Everything was absolutely perfect and the staff was amazing, especially Natalie, Shari and Gia who helped me with everything prior to and on my wedding day! My husband and I will be visiting again very soon!!
Nice facility but for what they charge I would like to actually have my room cleaned every day of my stay. Sound carried quite a bit between rooms, heard multiple phone calls made by the guest in the next room, who was speaking at a normsl volume. Also inquired about transportation to the airport and was given a flat rate for sedan service. I also asked if they accepted credit cards for payment and was assured they do.
