Check in and check out are a nightmare! Only have 2 elevators working, so many times had to wait for one. Once a friend waiting 35 minutes!! Not really worth it for the price

We booked an executive king suite through Travelocity upon arriving to our hotel we got checked in things started fantastic! However, we got into our room and we have a traditional room, (NOT HAPPY) The hotel made a comment to us about how they gave us a corner room because they over booked the executive suite! We booked the executive suite because my wife is a nursing mother and they advertised a refrigerator in the room.
