My sister, who is a hotel guest for the entire week with her family (including an infant), was just publicly shamed by a server (Denise) and manager (Lauren) in the Stonegrille restaurant/bar, where she was eating dinner with her family, for discreetly breastfeeding her baby in an empty entryway. Arizona state law protects breastfeeding mothers from harassment. Shame on you, JW Marriot. Educate your employees. Please contact me for details.
Gabe is the most fabulous amazing poolside waiter in the world.. I left something extremely valuable by the pool when we checked out today and I realized it when I was almost home. I called and Gabe had turned it in to security. It was a bit of a ride back, but I am forever grateful, thank you Gabe! Great weekend getaway and a beautiful resort. .
This is the second J.W. Marriott that we've stayed at. The service at these resorts is second to none! We look forward to our next stay at a J.W. Marriott.
