On our 20th anniversary. Everyone has been amazing. Mentioned our anniversary and was surprised by a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. First class resort with excellent customer service! Thank you!

I was here for a work conference while being sick. I came back to my room to find all my cough medicines neatly placed next to a new box of Kleenex. Its small I know. But I appreciated that she noticed I was sick and didn't just do her job by restocking the bathroom tissue box. She gave me an extra one by my bed. Its the small things that make a difference. Oh and the place is gorgeous.
This place is top-notch. The employees go out of their way to make sure you're happy. My junior suite was more than I could ask for. Sad to leave.
What an awful hotel! Our room didn't even have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, but it did have little balls of dark hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Even after I called housekeeping and asked them to clean the bathroom when they straightened the room, I came back to find there was still dark hair in the shower. Room keys didn't work, 20 minutes for new keys deliverd. Water slide was filthy- grimy. Dated in room coffee maker. Facility map needs to be larger. Impressive lobby and fire pits.
