Picture this you pay a premium for a 4 star hotel and there is absolutely no parking . No valet. If you do park in the garage next door its 30 for the day.However you have to keep paying everytime you go in and out. If you get a meter your going down every 2 hours to pay for it. I would absolutely avoid this place by all means.

RecommendedNot going to lie but when my visited started here on Saturday, Sep. 5th it wasn't the greatest. BUT Brittany and Vivian really went above and beyond to fix some miscommunication that occurred. Overall our stay was fantastic. We had a lot of our wedding party at this hotel and my husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding. Even with the issue we had my experience with them was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again for taking care of us. Much appreciated. I had a great wedding weekend.

RecommendedAs a gold elite member, I was very disappointed to be told I didn't have a reservation (which was made on the Bonvoy app while traveling). I was told I must be at the wrong hotel and asked for my confirmation number. When I read it to him, I was told that he couldn't find me since I checked in online. Very disappointing since I have done that many times and have never had a problem.
