The 2 gentlemen that came to flush our water heater were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Ashley was our first contact and she was great. Work was completed in a timely manner. Thank you. 10 days later, a new issue arose. A plumber came, assessed the issue and we moved forward with a new tankless water heater. 2 plumbers arrived ON TIME, installed the new water heater, cleaned up their job site and provided us with all manuals and instructions for scheduling a flush in one year's time. We couldn't be more pleased.
