Have used JW Freeman for multiple instances over the years and always had a good experience. Recently had David fix my sink disposal, and he kindly point out a kitchen faucet leak, which Mikey and Julian came out a few weeks later and did a great job installing the new one in a timely manner. They also finished installing a bidet attachment that was giving me trouble on my own. On both occasions they had same day availability. Highly recommend.

I had a fair assessment of a water leak problem and now I know what to do. The technician was very pleasant and discounted my visit. I have used this company before and I will call again when needed.

The two technicians were very professional and knowledgeable, given their age. The only issue was that they did not have all of the parts necessary. The parts had to be ordered and technicians will have to return. Constructively, the office should request information, including pictures so that the parts could be there before they show up for the job.

J.W. Freeman Plumbing installed a new water heater and repaired some leaking sinks. Professional and friendly service I will be using their services again and appreciate how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule.
