Prompt, professional, courteous, thorough, Came home from vacation to water bubbling up outside by the house..and no water coming through faucets. Called and technician at the house within an hour. Received text messages ahead of time to let me know the name of the technician and that they were on their way. Technicians found break quickly, explained the situation and needed repairs. Checked all lines in the house to make sure all lines clear, good pressure and no sediment. Very, very pleased with service.
Great service and very professional. Main drain line to septic tank was plugged. They removed and reset a toilet and checked the plumbing in the crawl space.
Peter Drummond, and Julian were the perfect pair to take care of my problems with flush valves and water heater pilot light. They were most professional, efficient, and pleasant. Couldn’t ask for better service.
Professional and polite
My husband built our home and has always done ALL the repairs of any kind himself, so it was very hard for me to have to call for someone else to come out to fix the problem since my husband passed away less than 6 months ago. The technician, Chase, was on time, polite, extremely knowledgeable and helped me through the process. The price was a little surprising, but only because I’ve never had to pay retail on any repairs. I will definitely refer anyone to JW Freeman Plumbing.
