BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. Ronnie came over in the company's van and installed the wrong unit in my house. He did not have a permit, he fell through the ceiling and did not repair it, and also he never changed the duck work, the electric bill jumped over 200 dollars a month. I had another company come in and reinstall the correct unit. We contacted jv systems and they basically told us tough luck.
