I rarely have to wait, they call me right at my appointment time. Dr. Liao really listens to my issues and is very patient. The nursing staff is efficient and caring.
He's sincere, genuine, professional,and just an over all, a knowledgeable, happy person. It's always a positive experience seeing him for my annual check up or other medical needs.
My first experience with Dr. Liao was unlike any other physician I had seen before then. The prompt, professional and efficient manner of his practice is impressive. I arrived at the office around 8:20 for my 8:30 appointment and signed it at the computer terminal in the reception area. I was immediately called in, vitals taken and Dr Liao was with me 5 mins later. He is a very attentive listener and made me fell completely at ease.
I absolutely love Dr. Liao. He is always attentive and I feel he takes all the time needed to answers all my questions. The front office staff is very nice and all the nurses are great. I've been with this practice for 15 years.
I have gone to Dr. Liao for 10 years. He is knowledgeable, punctual, and spends time if it is required. I would and have recomended Dr. Liao to several friends.
The doctor is extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He takes his time and explains and answers any questions you may have.
Dr. Liao has been my preferred provider for several years. He has taken excellent care of me. His knowledge and caring manner with his patients are exceptional. I am blessed to have Dr. Liao as my doctor.
Dr. Liao and his staff are always on time, but they are also thorough and take their time. Dr. Liao is excellent.
I don't usually take these surveys but when I saw Dr. Liao's 3.6 out of 5 score I was compelled to comment, He should be rate a solid 5 out of 5 for his professionalism, courtesy and, attention to patient care. Also, I don't think I have ever waited more than 10 minutes in his office. I would highly recommend Dr. Liao.
