I waited several months for an appointment with Dr. Justin Liao. When I had called earlier about kidney-stone symptoms, I was told to wait and address everything at this annual visit — so this appointment mattered.On the day of the visit, I arrived about eight minutes late due to complications in the parking. Dr. Liao is knowledgeable, resourceful, patient, kind, and easy to communicate with. In addition to conducting regular lab tests for my diabetes and blood sugar, he is also very resourceful in referring me to specialists for my specific health concerns, such as orthopedics, gastrointestinal endoscopy, and liver/kidney ultrasounds.
